Wyochem FCU does not call our members asking for their personal account information, we already have everything we need. We do not allow any business associate to call our members for information. So if someone calls associating themselves with Wyochem FCU and asking for any information ... IT'S A SCAM ... don't give them the information.

• No institution you have an association with will send emails or make phone calls trying to get information from you they should already have.


• Never give your personal information to anyone over the phone or internet unless you
  originated the contact ... meaning you called them. Never verify any information from anyone - even the IRS or Government.
  
• Occassionally someone from our fraud department may contact you about current charges on your debit or credit card. ALL they will very is the place of the transaction and the amount. If they ask for any personal information it is a scam. Our fraud department already has your card number and will not need you to give it to them.
